Special Disability Scholarship Program (SSP) was established to support advanced research of the university by asking for help international students are very capable. Every year in April and October, the university selected foreign doctoral students register for specific research projects. Students pursuing a doctoral degree in English while at the same time helping their host professor as a research assistant (RA). (1) International applicants exempt from 300,000 yen enrollment fee.

(4) Up to 960,000 yen per year to work as a research assistant.
(5) 200,000 yen for travel and initial living expenses. (Given only to applicants who live outside Japan at the time of application)
